A steam coil is a heat exchanger. It transfers heat energy from steam to another medium (usually air) as quickly and efficiently as possible. It’s a general-purpose heater, composed of multiple rows of heat exchange tube bundles. Steam and condensate are generally used as heat sources for heaters.

The air heater is a national standard type heater, which is composed of two or more rows of heat exchange tube bundles. It is steel tube and steel fin type, with simple structure, low price and good heat exchange effect.
The heater is made of high-quality seamless steel pipe and steel fins with high heat transfer efficiency and corrosion resistance.
Application
It is widely used in many industries such as paper making, tobacco, textile, food processing, etc.
Working principle
It uses heating medium to heat air or uses cooling medium to cool air. Finned tube steam coils can enhance heat transfer by adding fins on the common base tube, so as to have heating effect. When heating is needed, it can use high-temperature water, steam or high-temperature heat transfer oil to heat the air. When cooling is needed, it can use low-temperature water, such as frozen water, to cool the air.
